RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If something isn’t quite right, you may return your order for a refund or online voucher subject to the following conditions:
  • Your original order number must be be provided as proof of purchase.
  • Returns must be submitted within 15 days of purchase.
  • Items are returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed with tags attached.

All items offered at a reduced price are final sale and we are unable to accept returns for these items.

Please email hello@ziggyzaza.com.au to request a return. We will lodge the request and provide the shipping address to which the items need to be returned. Please note that we do not cover the costs of return shipping.

Once your return has been received, we can offer a full refund, an exchange or provide a 110% online voucher. Please allow up to 5 days for the refund to credit your account.
