RETURNS CONDITIONS

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if something isn’t quite right, we will accept the return of any full-priced item subject to the following conditions

  • Your original order number must be be provided as proof of purchase.
  • Returns must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items are returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed with tags attached.

All items purchased at a reduced price are final sale and are not eligible for change of mind returns. 

For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept change of mind returns on swimwear.

If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.

Please note that returns may take up to five business days to process once the return has been received.

 

Returns on basics 4 for 3 offer

The Basics 4 for 3 promotion applies when four Basics items are purchased in the same order, with the lowest priced item discounted.

If items from this bundle are returned and the order no longer contains four qualifying items, the promotion will no longer apply. The discount will be removed and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

To retain the promotional pricing, all four items must be returned and a new order placed using the bundle offer.

 

Returning Your Item

You can submit a return request through our returns portal at the top of this page. Simply follow the steps provided and submit your return for approval.

 

Within Australia

We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label for all returns. For refunds, a flat rate of $15 will be deducted from your total. If you’d prefer to receive a store credit, the return shipping fee is reduced to $10. 

We do not offer exchanges. We recommend sending the item back for a store credit and repurchasing the correct size.

 

International

For international purchases, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

You may return your order using your own carrier, or create a return label and send it back via DHL using our discounted rates.

If returning with your own carrier, we recommend using a tracked service to ensure your items arrive safely.

If you choose to use a DHL return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. By using this service, you consent to the deduction of return postage from your refund.

Canadian customers will receive a full refund, including any applicable duties and taxes, once their return has been processed.

 

What if my order arrived damaged or faulty?

We’re sorry if an item you’ve received isn’t in perfect condition or hasn’t met quality expectations. In order to organise the return of this item, please email a brief description and a clear image of the issue, along with your original order number to hello@ziggyzaza.com.au 

Please note that we have an 8 week faulty claims period. Claims made outside of this timeframe are considered general wear and tear and are not covered.
